- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Youtopia, our pricing reflects the quality, customization, and experience we provide. We offer a range of packages designed to fit different event needs, from intimate celebrations to luxury weddings. Here’s what to keep in mind: All-Inclusive Packages: Most of our packages include everything you need—props, setup, digital sharing, custom overlays, and stylish backdrops. No hidden fees. Custom Add-Ons Available: Want prints, a floral upgrade, or extended hours? We offer optional enhancements so your experience fits your vision. Delivery Included: Free delivery is included within 30–40 miles of Rockwall, TX. A small travel fee applies for events beyond that. Discounts: We occasionally run seasonal specials, weekday booking discounts, and bundle deals when combining with other rentals or services. Ask us what’s currently available! Deposit & Balance: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due before your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make things easy, personalized, and fun from start to finish: Initial Inquiry & Quote: You reach out with your event details, and we respond quickly with package options and pricing tailored to your needs. Booking & Deposit: Once you choose your package, we send over a simple contract and invoice. A non-refundable retainer secures your date. Design & Customization: We collaborate on your photo overlay, start screen, props, and backdrop—ensuring everything matches your event theme and vision. Final Check-In: A week before your event, we confirm all details (timeline, location, setup preferences) so there are no surprises. Day-of Setup & Experience: We arrive early to set up and test everything. Our Photo Booth Experience Curator is present (if included) to guide guests, keep the vibe going, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Post-Event Gallery: You’ll receive a digital gallery with all the photos, GIFs, and videos shortly after your event so you can relive the memories and share them with guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I’m a Registered Nurse by profession—with years of experience in providing care, attention to detail, and clear communication—I’ve also invested in building Youtopia Events and Rentals with the same level of dedication and professionalism. I’ve completed: Hands-on training with professional-grade photo booth equipment Workshops and courses on event coordination, customer service, and digital photo design Ongoing learning in branding, lighting, and guest experience enhancement to stay ahead of trends More than anything, I understand how to make people feel comfortable, seen, and celebrated—whether it's at the bedside or behind the booth.
