Boricua Services, led by David Mendez, provided outstanding service. David was extremely responsive, coming out on a Sunday with less than 24 hours’ notice to assess my main water line leak. He and Jamore were highly professional, keeping me updated through every step of the repair. They were punctual, worked efficiently, and quickly resolved what had been a difficult and elusive issue. We originally got a quote from someone else to fix our leaky shower for over $800. David was able to do it for $180. He had his tech Jamall come over to fix it for us. He was a great problem solver. He made sure it wasn’t leaking after he was done. He also tightened our toilet seat without even needing to ask us. I will definitely keep them in mind when I have other plumbing issues. Especially when we’re ready to install a water softener.
