Craig arrived on time and had been able to give me a price over the phone based on square footage and my description. He used an eco friendly cleaner first and then steamed cleaned. He was careful with our house. He was courteous and professional. I am not sure if the pictures illustrate the difference but we are very pleased with the results. We will use him again in a few years.
