- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are not always the cheapest. We take pride in our work and let that talk for us. So for quality work, you will understand our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing first, my name is Lee Jimmie. We look at the scope of work. Then we talk about time frames customer likes job done. There we establish a price for the quality work going into the job. Once we have a full agreement, I’ll be send a formal estimate text or via email. Once customer is ready we start on the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of commercial experience and 6 of those years as Foreman/ quality control
