FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Vacant Stagings: Initially, we discuss the home's features, location, the timeline of the project and the rooms to be staged. Once the scope of the staging project is determined, pricing can be determined and a proposal/contract is issued. For planning purposes, I like to see pictures of the space or I will preview the property. For a vacant home preview, it is not necessary for the property owner to be there provided access is given. Occupied Homes: For occupied homes, I offer consultations and/or hands-on staging services. Consultation...after walking through the property from curbside to backside, a to-do list is generated for the homeowner to follow. Hands-on Staging Services...I offer half and full day packages as well as an hourly service that requires a two-hour minimum. We can work side by side or if you prefer, we will do all the work.
