They responded right away and were flexible when I needed to change the date. They followed up with me to make sure we were scheduled. The day of they arrived on time and from then on it didn’t go well. I wasn’t present at the house so I left them a key to let themselves in. He complained there was trash everywhere. What remained were my cleaning supplies, toilet paper and hand soaps for any workers to use if they need to use the facilities and tile pieces for repairs. I hired them for a move out clean with the expectation I’d come in and finish up the walls and any other little things. He sent me complaints about the items left behind, told me he’d need to charge me extra for it. Then changed his mind and proceeded to leave my items outside when I asked they be left in the corner inside the house. Sent me lots of messages telling me it extra hard and taking longer because of extra dirt. I felt terrible thinking I had a very dirty home. I paid extra to make up for it. I wish I hadn’t. Finally made my way to the house a few days later and I found out that the clean was mediocre at best. Lots of dust and dirt in corners. My shower wasn’t wiped down, my nine year old knows better than to not scrub off the entire shower. I took my Dyson and was able to vacuum up all the carpets. I took a wet cloth and managed to clean off spots that were missed. Very basic simple things that were just overlooked. I use my steam cleaner and managed to remove the crayon and sticker from the tile that he complained was difficult in less than 10 minutes. The worst part is all my stuff left outside was ruined by the rain. I have to turn in this rental with toilet paper spread all over the front yard. I’m new to thumbtack so I wasn’t sure how it all worked but now I know better. Reading the reviews many people have the same complaints and those sound like they come from people who are not present at the time of cleaning. I wish I had know this and would’ve gone with someone else. Or even if he had charged me more to fully clean the home I would’ve have done that. Instead, I ended up hiring another cleaning crew to come and clean correctly spending twice as much and have zero idea how clean up toilet paper from the yard.

Hello Don’t understand low review, i also have pictures of deplorable state of home, mold we had to clean, trash removal and many items to move to other places just to do our job. This home shouldn’t be livable with amount of mildew and mold and filthyness, i also reported pics to city. We didn’t hear of any complaints till week later, we did more than what we agreed on, but there is people always trying to be little what we do. God knows what work we did and im satisfied we did our part, great job we did Hope you have a blessed day

Our price is not per hour,but for the entire job. We offer lower rates for a weekly or biweekly cleaning. We also give discounts for referring us to others. We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment.for example we use(lysol products,mr clean cleaner and disinfectant also use organic products if the customer desires)

Good communication,letting them know exactly what our service covers, do a initial walk trough then another after service is complete
