- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always flat-rate and all-inclusive, so you won’t run into surprise upsells or hidden fees. What we quote is what you pay. Every move-out, move-in, or rental turnover includes the full scope of cleaning you’d expect, from baseboards to appliances. If you have a project that falls a little outside the norm — like light repairs, painting, or caulking — we’re happy to provide a custom quote to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know that hiring a cleaning provider involves a level of trust, and we don’t take that lightly. When you reach out, we’ll talk through your needs, answer any questions, and make sure you know exactly what’s included before we ever show up. On cleaning day, we bring all of our own supplies and work efficiently to deliver the results you expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background comes from over 20 years in the hospitality industry, working in everything from cleaning hotel rooms to leading teams and performing quality inspections for major hotel brands. That experience taught us the difference between “good enough” and true hotel-grade detail — and it’s the standard we bring to every home, rental, and office we clean.
