- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to give a price without making a provided tour of the house, after the next cleaning you book, we try to give you a better discount price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be punctual at appointment time, be kind to the client, try to leave a good job, and in the end, the team asks the client to review the work that was done and that everything is fine, and if there is a mistake, we do it immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Be friendly with the client, friendly, respectful and punctual.
