- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do free estimate and we give our customers fair prices. always trying to understand the budget of our customers while using high quality products. Our prices are based on types of work, product quality, surface measurements, etc. We accept checks, cash, Zelle, credit cards (2.7% will be charged for credit card payments)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the first contact with our customers we talk about the project they want to do and then we schedule an appointment to walk the project, answer questions, take measurements, photos, etc. We usually deliver our quote within 1 business day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The experience comes mainly from training (for years doing the job, the technique is perfected). In addition to this and no less important, the constant study of new trends, techniques, security measures, etc.
