Hi, I've started my own personal training business in the Klein area and I'm ready to help you. I've also been a firefighter/paramedic with the Houston Fire Department for the last 29 years. Tom is a very helpful trainer, I was nervous about starting my training sessions because I’ve never had any so I did not know what to expect, but immediately when I met him I felt comfortable. I’ve learned a lot of great exercises, and different equipments just by training with him. I think the sessions are definitely worth it.
