When Ivan first came to give me the estimate for my project, I knew he was the one. I had some 8’ wide wood and brick steps leading to my grille house that had rotted away and were dangerous. Ivan made several suggestions to construct new brick steps. He also suggested that he could install an epoxy type sand into my brick walls and driveway. It was the answer to my all problems His pricing was extremely reasonable and he completed all phases in two days. I would recommend Ivan Construction to anyone who needs work done.
