Steven was very responsive to my inquiries, easy to communicate with, and was able to help me do a great job in less than an hour, and even took on another task (requested while the job). He helped me install strike plates flushed to the door frame, and deepened the holes for my dead bolt lock for full extension. He is flexible and accommodating, I would definite hire him again!

The assembled product was excellent! What I appreciated just as much, however, was when he opened one box, the furniture was badly scratched so he waited while I worked with the vendor to resolve the issue. He adjusted his rate for the actual work done and agreed to return when the new parts came in. He was punctual and just very professional! Will definitely utilize his services again in the future.
