Chris performed the requested work (toilets installed, kitchen sink installed, new kitchen faucet, new garbage disposal) in a professional, efficient and timely manner. Pricing very reasonable Even accompanied me to assist in purchasing some items when we decided to upgrade some under plumbing fixtures.

Chris did not complete the job as the part had to be ordered for the faucet. He took full amount on his first visit and asked for extra money to come back to install part. He then offered to refund the part of full amount as the job was not completed. However, he never refunded inspite of various reminders. He was cynical in his messages even though I was respectfully addressing him.

I am preparing to move into a new home and decided to replace the toilets. Chris was very responsive and was able to come out when they were delivered and even waited while I went to home depot to return one that was shattered. He did a great job with the installation and I hope hire him again as I do more projects around the house.

I needed to have a a faucet removed and a new one installed. I also had a bathtub drain replaced. Prices were good. The only downside was he had to reschedule the appointment a few times due to his primary job. The price and the work quality outweighed the inconvenience.
