My daughter contracted to convert a large barn into a house. Its really nice except the septic system constantly malfunctioned, like toilet overflow. Months went by with numerous repairs but no success. Three years ago our 20 year old septic system failed and I called Charter Plumbing. They did a complete overhaul of the system which included repairing two lateral fractures and system has worked properly. I called Charter for her and Adam and Dakota came out, ran a camera into the system and said, Two problems. 1 -cheap plastic tubing was used for lateral line. 2- 15 feet from tank the lateral is caved in. Charter Plumbing installed 200 feet of high quality PVC lateral with proper amount of rock and sand. The area around the tanks and lateral lines were so rough we couldnt mow the area but when Charter finished the whole area is smooth and usable. Jimmy and Robert helped with the project. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Great price and outstanding workmanship. Absolutely the best.

Charter plumbing just completed a very hard job. It required several days to do and much hand digging, out in the hot summer sun. they stayed on point and finish a hard job with smiles. excellent work.
