Just absolutely awesome at what he does. Alex gave us a lot of options for shades. He gave us a lot of details for brands and we trusted him and went with the expensive option for the warranty and consistency for the shades. We definitely are glad we spent the extra money for our Lutron shades. Haven't had any issues and the warranties are great!
