- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a few different packages depending on the type of event you're having—weddings, birthdays, corporate events, you name it. Each one can be customized, and we also offer add-ons like backdrops, guest books, and props to make your booth experience even better. If you’re not sure what package works best, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help you find the right fit for your event!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone reaches out, I just get a few basic details first—like the date, location, and what kind of event it is. Then I’ll go over the different packages we offer and any add-ons you might want, like backdrops or props. Once you’re ready to book, I’ll send over a contract and invoice to lock in your date. I’ll stay in touch leading up to the event to make sure everything’s set. On the day of, I’ll show up early to get everything set up and make sure your guests have a great time with the booth!
