Sylwester responded promptly to my inquiry about a bid for flooring installation in a spare bedroom. Not only did he beat the price of competitors, but he also was able to come do the job a couple of days later versus a couple of weeks later. He was punctual and worked hard the whole time he was here. He helped us save our brand new carpet, padding and tack boards for possible future use in the basement. I recommend hiring him for your flooring project. You won’t be disappointed.

Sylvester was great! He was very quick to respond and was able to get me on the schedule right away. The project took less time than I thought and he really did a great job. Pricing was very reasonable. I definitely plan on hiring him again in the future.

Sylvester stripped and restained our floors. He had to match the existing floor which didn't need refinishing. We are thrilled with the workmanship and can't tell where the floors were meshed with the existing color and the new. I have already referred 123 flooring to a client. We will certainly use Sylvester for any future flooring needs...
