I picked Work Quality, Value, and Professionalism. The other two things were Punctuality and Responsiveness. I could have picked both of these two things also. Tom exceeded my expectations.

Had Tom come and replace some ceiling tiles that were not easy to do in our basement laundry & bathroom. Charged us a fair fee! Very satisfied with the work! Also very friendly to work with And took all the old ceiling tiles and debris away for us!
