- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard cleanings start at $90, deep cleans at $125, and move-in/move-out services at $135. Discounts are available for recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). My pricing is always clear and up front with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the day of your first cleaning, I arrive on time and do a quick walk-through with you so we are clear on your priorities. From there, I complete the cleaning based on your needs. If you are happy with the service, we can also set up a recurring schedule at a discounted rate. My goal is to make the process simple, reliable, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience providing both residential and commercial cleaning, with a focus on consistency and detail. Over time, I have developed my own system that ensures every room is cleaned thoroughly and nothing is overlooked. I also stay current on the safest and most effective cleaning products and methods so every space is not only clean but healthy too.
