Corey did a great job on the lawn and was punctual. They do a great job communicating any updates or last-minute changes. I did have a billing issue that we were able to work out and come to a resolution.

They did a good job of pulling the Weeds on the side of the yard where the gravel was but I don't think the trimming in the lawn mowing was that great. And the backyard looked like they didn't even touch it. So I will be going with another company to do my lawn maintenance. But thank you for your help.

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our lawn care professionals are certified, licensed, and insured!
