We offer: Flat-rate packages for common jobs (like garage door maintenance, lockouts, or drywall repairs). Free estimates on larger projects such as construction or remodeling. Seasonal specials and discounts (for example, winter garage door maintenance at $149). Fair trip charges only when necessary for emergency calls. Our goal is to provide quality service at a competitive price while staying transparent and honest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process With New Customers Initial Contact – Customers can call, text, or book online. We’ll listen to your needs and answer any questions. Free Estimate / Consultation – For larger projects, we provide a free on-site or virtual estimate. For smaller jobs (like lockouts or repairs), we give you an upfront price before starting. Scheduling – We work with your availability to set a convenient time for service. Emergency calls are handled immediately. Service Day – Our licensed and insured technicians arrive on time, complete the job with professional care, and ensure you’re satisfied before wrapping up. Follow-Up – We make sure everything is working as expected and are always available if you need additional services. Our goal is to make the process simple, stress-free, and transparent from start to finish.
