- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What I charge depends on the project. Some projects require a lot more brain power and expertise and some are fairly straight forward and simple. I am very upfront and honest about my pricing, it just depends on the project!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick message or call to understand the job and expectations. Once we confirm details, I schedule a time that works for you, show up on time, and complete the work cleanly and efficiently. I always leave the space better than I found it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent many years working in residential maintenance and construction, handling everything from appliance installs, electrical work, to furniture builds, and woodworking. I’ve also worked as a supervisor for a property maintenance team.
