Went through 2 Handymen before finding Josh at 454 who actually showed up when he said and did what he said he would. Everyone no shows but he is professional, gets the job done quick and I will for sure be using him in the future!

I had an emergency with one of my listings and called Josh for help. The door had been vandalized and there was an urgent need to replace it. Josh made time the next day to go to the property and to replace the door. He kept me updated throughout the day. When finished, he cleaned up around the area well, hauling away the debris and the door. I arrived the next day to find that he had done a stellar job. I will hire Josh again in a heartbeat.
