Seem to be quite a small operation which has its pros and cons. They were super responsive when I first requested the work. They we able to come out pretty quickly and get our new sliding door purchased. Sounded like that was quite a process but they got that done. They were fairly quick with the work. I wish they would have been a bit more careful with their demolition as they ended up cutting through some coax cables running along the side of the house (thankfully avoiding the one carrying the internet). The new sliding door installed looks quite good so I appreciate that but there was a decent air gap at the bottom that I ended up filling up myself to weather proof it. The lock also has never quite worked correctly. Finally they broke some of the baseboard and said they would come fix it. Many days later I finally got them to send someone out to fix the coax cable (although it will never be the same) thankfully I didn't rely on that cord for anything because it would have been out of commision for days. No matter how much I pestered they never did come out to fix the lock or baseboard which at this point I have just fixed myself.

Patrick was great to work with. Within 24 hrs of contacting him, he had replied to my request, come by and looked at the job, provided and estimate, and gave me an available start day/time. When he did the actual work, he was just as great. Showed up on time (a little early actually) and got right to work. Paid attention to the little details and even pointed out some small manufacturing defects with the door, that he quickly fixed. He explained the what/when/why for all of his work, which turned out amazing. Considering his bid was much lower than others I had received, and the quality of his work, I feel like I hit a home run! Will definitely hire Patrick again for future work I need done.
