- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive. I believe in giving lessons without the student/customer breaking the bank. I also offer discounts if the student pays a month in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first get to know the student and his or her background in music or playing the drums. From there I determine a lesson plan for the student based on his or her goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied with 4 different teachers during my time playing the drums. The most recent one being a well known teacher back east. He teaches all over the world from the United States to Germany and other countries online. He was and still is extremely knowledgeable. I took his mentorship program he had at that time. I learned quite a bit from him.
