They were very responsive. Carlos came quickly after I asked him- assessed the situation, gave a reasonably priced quote. The job was finished next workday, I have nothing to complain about the quality of work. I had to get rid of a fast spreading plant, needed to fill the area stones and also needed to plant some trees in a tricky place just to abide by the HoA rules.
