- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, our prices are based on the scope of the project, materials, and labor required. We aim to provide accurate estimates and avoid surprise costs. If there are any potential discounts or promotions available, we’d be happy to let customers know about those as well. Customers can expect us to be upfront about our fees and charges, and we’ll work with them to ensure they understand what they’re paying for. We’re committed to delivering high-quality services at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Everland Contractors, we make the estimate process simple and flexible. •For smaller repair projects (usually under $1,000), we provide remote estimates based on photos, measurements, and details you share. This allows us to get you a fast, accurate price without waiting for an in-person visit. •For larger projects such as new fences, decks, or custom builds, we’ll schedule a complimentary on-site estimate to walk the property, discuss options, and answer your questions. Once the estimate is accepted, we prepare a service agreement for signature and collect a small deposit to secure the project. From there, we schedule a start date — often within the same week — and keep communication clear until completion.

At Everland Contractors, we hold the necessary licenses to operate in our field. This not only demonstrates our compliance with state and local regulations but also shows that we’ve met the required standards for knowledge and expertise.
