5 STAR! Excellent. Arrivede to repair a damaged stovetop... the part I had purchased was broken. The technician sourced a new part, picked it up, and CAME BACK ON THE SAME DAY to install the item. My dishwasher randomly went out. He tested all the parts and electrical outlets to identify the problem, ordered the correct part, and set a time to install it. Once he was done, the dishwasher started with no problem! He also gave suggestions on how to keep the appliance running well. I'll definitely request his maintenance services for all appliances moving forward. Thank you!

I needed to have a dishwasher installed right before Christmas and was having difficulty finding an appliance store willing to install a dishwasher in time. Smart appliances were extremely accommodating and agreed to install the dishwasher in a very timely manner once I purchased it. As it turned out, I found a retailer who was able to deliver, install, and remove the old dishwasher in time so I did not need to take advantage of Smart Appliances services. I was extremely impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to help and accommodate, and I would not hesitate to hire them for future projects.
