Recently, my washer broke down. I called a few Repair companies, but they were very unresponsive and impractical. Luckily I called Ezfix Repair, they were very reliable and immediately sent a technician. He was really helpful and efficient. They have an excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

Absolutely thrilled with the service! My technician was professional, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue with my washer-dryer and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood what needed fixing. He had the parts on hand and fixed it right away, saving me so much hassle. The washer-dryer now works like new! Reliable, efficient, and top-notch service. Highly recommend!

Hired on Thumbtack
Terrible experience. Tech Arrived and performed inspection and we had discussion. Stated he had the part needed for repair in truck. Came back in from truck did another inspection, said he needed a clamp that he did not have. Then told me he had another job and would be back between 2-5 probably closer to 5. This was at 10:30 am. I said fine I will be waiting. He never returned, I called numerous times and left message. He never returned calls even a day later. This is a very shady business. Tech name is Abdul according to him but I don’t even believe that after this experience. I will advise all to stay away from Liberty Appliance. I hope Thumbtack will review this business so no one else is deceived by this Company!!
