Finding a reliable handyman online can be unpredictable, but I was fortunate to connect with James. He responded promptly to my request and scheduled a convenient time to visit. James was courteous, personable, and highly professional. He efficiently installed my bathroom accessories, and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with the results and plan to hire him again. His services are also very reasonably priced.

James and his crew installed my new closet for me, taking out all the old shelving and putting in modular units they built. He also did a few other things I've been needing done for a while. He was responsive to all my questions, kept me updated on progress, got the work done efficiently and just as I'd wanted it. His helpfulness started the day he came by to look at things and assess the work to give me an estimate: right before he arrived, so did several boxes of closet units. Each box weighed about 100lbs. I had gotten a few in earlier in the week, but had struggled. So, the first thing he did was bring the new boxes in, and rearranged those I'd dragged in to be out of my way. He checked in as each task was completed to make sure it was what I wanted, even when I second guessed the possibility of one solution - he assured me they could do it & they did. Everyone was polite and professional. The price was more than fair. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use his services again.
