I've had the pleasure of hiring Moore Services twice and am in active communication with them for more work. Before going into my specific experiences with Ken and Halley, please know I've brought Ken some fringe asks (like finishing the bar in the Japanese Shou Sugi Ban process), and they've always delivered. Ken researches what I send him, practices, and then comes back ready to make my dreams come true. No matter what you have in mind, ask. You'll really be impressed with the end result.
My first project was installing a 14x20 gazebo. Ken and his twin boys did a wonderful job, and I really appreciated that Ken was teaching them his trade. Before the job was even over, I started talking to Ken about a bar for the gazebo. Once again, he and his boys worked hard to bring my vision to life.
