Victoria showed up on time, did exactly what we agreed she would do AND my driveway looks amazing. In years past the color was uneven because it wasn't covered the same all the way down the drive. Not this ime- looks great- I am very pleased 😊

She responded quickly. However, the driveway was not prepared properly before sealcoating. There were areas that still had moss on the driveway, and she just sprayed over it. Cracks were not filled completely, leaving gaps. She said she would edge the driveway. However, this was not done in all areas. I called her with my concerns giving her the opportunity to correct the issues. She came back out. She sprayed another coat on the areas that had moss underneath. This didn't remove the moss. It just added another layer. She said she would work on the cracks. When I pointed out one whole side of driveway and corner that wasn't edged or coated, she told me that was the shape of my driveway without even attempting to remove the debris. It was not the shape of my driveway. She left without letting me check the work. As a 68 year old woman with health issues, I edged the corner of the driveway I pointed out to her. That area was not sealcoated along with other areas along that side of driveway. I paid a lot of money for a poor job that was done in about an hour. Very dissatisfied.

Hi Sonja, thank you for your feedback. I always aim to make sure every customer is satisfied with their project. Before starting, I explained that not all cracks required filling. The same day you called me about your concerns, I returned to the property and removed additional moss before reapplying sealer to those areas. Any remaining moss was within the grain of the asphalt, which does not affect the sealer’s bond or performance. I’m sorry to hear you’re still unhappy, but I completed the work as discussed and made every effort to address your concerns promptly. I appreciate your business and wish you the best going forward.
