Fairly quick response. We had a fridge noise issue. Instead of coming in and charging for that visit, he asked for a video of the noise first. He also advised us over the phone to defrost and see if the issue goes away. We ended up not needing his service. He is a very honest and responsible person. I would definitely contact him first for our future appliance repair needs

Ahmad was very responsive and professional. We had an emergency where our fridge was leaking. Another place told us to get a new fridge so I called Ahmad and he repaired so easily. Saved us a lot of money.
