- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
North Star Accounting believes that all businesses, large or small, should be able to afford a CPA to relieve the stress of reporting and government compliance. Therefore, our pricing is competitive and our CPAs work with your business to fit your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A CPA will reach out for a free consultation. Once you are engaged as a client, we will collect the data necessary to file your reports or begin the project you hired us for! A timeline is provided up front for when services are expected to be completed and we communicate with you every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the employees at North Star Accounting are CPAs. Some have other designations such as QuickBooks ProAdvisor or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner). In addition, we take the education of our clients seriously. We are not a firm that will prepare a report and just have you sign it and send it - we thoroughly explain the finances impact your tax situation or business so you can be well prepared going forward!
