- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to the customer’s needs and goals, whether it’s a small repair or a larger improvement project. I like to gather details, assess the scope of work, and provide a clear, upfront estimate. Once approved, I schedule the work at a convenient time, keep communication open throughout the process, and make sure the customer is fully satisfied before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed coursework focused on electrical systems and residential maintenance at Germanna Community College’s Center for Workforce. Beyond formal training, I’ve gained years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading homes—ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance in every project.
