Hi sorry this is what the worst experience I ever have. I have class 2 to 3 times and every time you cancel, didn’t get my money back so I lose out, but I find someone better and it’s all good very disappointed.

I do want to make you aware that you had three consecutive sessions that you missed I sent you a text message for the last one on 4/21 of this year and you never read it until May 7 which i have the message to show. I attempted to text and call you to discuss a refund and you never responded. It is unfortunate that your experience with us was not good and I am glad that you found some to your liking but ignoring communication is not the appropriate way to adjudicate a situation.
