- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Follow up projects are charged flat fees and not hourly. We do offer discounts to first time clients veterans and seniors. All workscope is added in the estimate and contract and any additional work is charged separately, but we highly communicate all the pricing with the client ahead of time. Clients only pay for work that’s being done so all our projects are broken down in payment terms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client reaches out to us, we usually ask for the address of the pictures we get on a call with them give them a free estimate and if we need to go meet them up in person we do that but we have enough software to give a detailed perfect estimate once the client signs and approve the estimate and contract. The next step is the deposit for materials of securing the date for the project and then after that the client only pays for what we finish. Also, the client has access to a project management software, which shows them the project from beginning to end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our pros go through a biweekly training to make sure that they are up to court and know what they’re doing and make sure that we follow the state codes and also make sure we practice proper safety during job sites.
