I appreciated Swift Appliance Services prompt response to my late afternoon inquiry. They had a technician on-site that afternoon. He properly assessed the problem with our washer, provided an estimate, and was able to execute the repair within one day. He also provided some additional maintenance to the washer beyond the primary issue. The cost was reasonable, the service was professional. I would hire them again.

I contacted Swft Appliance Services for a service call for my Whirlpool dishwasher. During the initial phone call I was asked to furnish my model number so the technician would know before he came. The morning of my appointment the technician called to advise me that parts were no longer available for my particular model. He said he felt that under those circumstances he did not want me to have the expense of a service call. Now how many companies would actually be that honest??? I will without a doubt use this company in the future should the need arise. They most ertainly deserve their 5 star rating.

Akram was punctual (in fact was earlier than time window I was given), quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in about an hour . Would heartily recommend, and would definitely use his services again.

Our dryer was working fine but making a very loud noise. I called Swift Appliance Services, and in three hours A senior technician was fixing the problem. The dryer was in a tight space but he was able to work and clean everything after he fixed the dryer. I highly recommend the services of this company.
