I recently had a major pipe burst outside of my home, and SoGood Plumbing, Heating, & Air turned what could’ve been a disaster into total relief. From the moment I called, their team was incredibly responsive, and Johnny—our technician—arrived right on the dot (actually a few minutes early!), fully prepared and ready to tackle the job.
Johnny’s professionalism shone through immediately. He calmly assessed the situation, explained the repair plan in plain English, and got right to work. In less than three hours of his arrival, the busted pipe was fixed, the area was spotless, and I had a clear rundown of what was done and why. Although I selected work quality, value, and professional they were ALL very responsive and punctual as well. In fact, they were so personable, professional, punctual, responsive, and did such a good job taking their time installing my new introverted heat pump/new air handler system and making sure everything was good prior to leaving, and even explained what they did as far as the install. They also, let all of the information about my system taped on top of the air handler system in the crawlspace for future service technicians to reference when services is required. I also decided to go with Southern Goodman, because one of my aunts, one of my uncles, and two of my neighbors purchased their units from them. So there you have it! Thanks Southern Goodman for making sure I, my son, and my mother are all good for the coming winters and summers. I truly appreciate your business.

My sister referred Southern Goodman to us after she needed a unit replaced and had nothing but great things. We ended up needing quite a bit of work done to our home that was in the middle of summer also that was a bit more financially than what we were expecting. Down to the repair being scheduled the following week along with financing made this headache into a very stress free fix. Technician Dwayne arrived on time, replaced the wire, thoroughly tested the system, and offered honest, well-informed recommendations.
What stood out most was their integrity—every diagnosis I’ve researched afterward has checked out. Their pricing is fair, the workmanship is top-notch, and they even provided a helpful report card summarizing the visit. I’d love to see photos included in future reports to visually support their findings - not out of doubt, but for added clarity.
Overall, I’m very glad I chose this company. They’re genuinely one of the best I’ve worked with.

The company and the crew receives a full 5 star rating!!!! This company from the very first call were extremely professional and accommodating. When the plumber crew arrived they were on-time and wasted no time assessing the issue. They also discovered other things that should be addressed at a later date. The work was performed with care, they showed me the final product , and they explained everything afterwards.
