I posted a need for someone to do a move out clean for my dad’s apartment on Monday 6/20 and needed to have it completed by Friday 6/24 at the latest. Maria Cleaning Service was the first one that responded to me and others were close behind. One thing that stood out to me was that everyone else was giving quotes without even seeing the apartment, it seemed odd. Bryan let me know he could do the job and could meet at the apartment to give an estimate that day. I even moved the time at the last minute from 1:00 to 11:45 and he made it happen and beat me over to the apartment. After looking around the apartment they let me know they could be there Wednesday 6/22 at 1:00 and they would make sure that they cleaned everything that is normally checked by the apartments. I felt so comfortable with them that I sent them the full payment of Venmo that day, I never worried that they would take the money and not show up. I live in NC and wanted to make sure that I had everything lined up and ready to go before I left that evening. The next day (Tuesday), Bryan contacted me to confirm and to ensure he had all the information to get in the apartment the next day. I checked with him around 3:00 Wednesday afternoon to make sure everything went ok, he confirmed they had completed the job and since I’m out of town sent me pictures of the final results. They did a such a wonderful job that the pictures look like a new apartment! We are so pleased with Maria Cleaning Solutions that we are getting them to give an estimate on biweekly cleanings at the condo my dad just moved into. Thank you Bryan, you did everything right and let this daddy’s girl leave Va. Beach knowing that I was in good hands! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a responsive, honest and professional team for their cleaning needs!
