I was on a remote call when my daughter came home and said she saw a huge snake crawl into the cubicle in the garagewhere I put my garden boots! Not knowing what it was or how to properly capture and remove him, I was thrilled Rich was available to solve our little house guest problem. Rich came out and quickly got this guy to a better habitat (ended up being a rat snake). Rich is friendly and knowledgeable, with the gear and expertise to solve these things quickly. Totally worth it rather than chase this snake around the garage where it can bite, or crawl under the fridge etc. You just cant explain how valuable of a service this is until you need it. Thanks again Rich!!

Rich was amazing! He was at the house in 30 minutes helping me deal with the "squirrel" in the wall (that ended up being a bird). The animal went quiet when he was there. The next day I heard it again and he was willing to come right back out and help. I loved his approach to help minimize damage to the walls. If I've ever got wildlife removal needs in the future, I 100% know who I am calling!
