Dave was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job informing me and my husband about our hvac system during our yearly maintenance inspection. 🌟 Five-star experience with Custom Comfort RVA! When my air conditioner started blowing warm air in the peak of July, I knew it’d be tough to find someone who could come out quickly. I messaged two companies through Thumbtack, and within five minutes, Dave from Custom Comfort RVA responded and said he could be at my home by 6:30 that evening. True to his word, Dave showed up on time and spent two full hours diagnosing and repairing the unit to get it running again. He was transparent about the work that needed to be done and returned a couple of days later to complete everything. I genuinely appreciate Dave’s professionalism, honesty, and punctuality.
