Hakim Fitness has helped me reach goals I've never been able to reach on my own. Even when things got really busy with my job while training he made adjustments to accommodate me and keep me motivated so I could still reach my goals. Couldn't recommend higher!

Alex has really changed my life in every way shape and form, if you want to have a coach that will give you his energy and time for whatever goals you have this man will get you there. I wanted to change my body my life and my mindset and he’s taking me to places I didn’t was achievable in such a short time frame I went from 203lbs to 186lbs in 5 weeks while maintaining all my strength and still eating and having fun with a couple drinks on the weekends. He’s one of the most knowledgeable on body recomp just looking at his page you can see man that grinds in the gym and grinds for his clients
