The Tiger Home Improvement team did an amazing job with finishing my garage. When I initially requested an estimate, Rodolfo was very flexible in scheduling. Even after providing an estimate, Rodolfo and team were very flexible with schedule the start of my project. The entire project which included framing, insulation, drywall, finish, and painting, took two days. They made sure everything was done to my liking. Thank you so much for doing an amazing job!

Rodolfo and his team were dedicated to making sure our project was beautiful and what we were imagining. When things didn’t go according to plan (as will happen with any renovation), Rodolfo was very helpful and personally determined to make certain that everything was resolved and high-quality- I respect that in a business owner. His team was friendly, hard-working, and respectful. Rodolfo was easy to communicate with, and kept a close eye on how the work was going. The final bathroom is beautiful.

From my first estimate meeting with Rodolfo, I was very impressed with his professionalism. I describe to him my vision of what I wanted to do in that room which only had the rough-in. Rodolfo explained to me what it would take to turn that into a full bath and the cost. He did not try to strong arm me into going with my original version, which would mean more money for him. He made suggestions that saved me money. His overall goal was to make sure that I was happy at the end. He was very honest with me and I appreciate that because that is very hard to find these days. After that discussion, I decided on making it into a closet/storage room. We decided to start the project on Tuesday at 8 am. Of course on that day it was pouring down raining and traffic was horrible. However, Rodolfo contacted me before 8 AM to let me know that his team was running behind because of that which I appreciate so much because that shows that he respects my time. When his team arrive, his lead contractor greeted me with a smile, good morning, and a handshake. We talked for a few minutes to go over the project. He then proceeded to not only cover up my floors because of the weather, but he also covered up my furniture as well due to the dust that the job would produce. They had to move some pieces of my furniture around as well. We initially thought the job may take 3 days, however, they finished the job in 2 days. After the first day, when they left, they cleaned up and they did not leave any type of mess. On day two they arrived on time. They finished the job on this day. And before they left as I stated above, did not leave any mess, cleaned up put the furniture back. At this stage, the lead contractor had me come in do a once over to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. Not only was I ecstatic, I was very happy of the work that he did along with his team. I looked around and saw that everything was back in place, and there was no mess. I was very, very happy. I also want to add that the lead contractor, noticed that one of my walkway bricks was uneven. So he took the time to level it out for me. This goes to show you that he went above and beyond what he was contracted to do and it shows that he cares about the people he is doing work for. Rodolfo from the start as I stated above did not try to overcharge me for doing a job that I did not need. He listened to my vision. It wasn’t about the money to him. It was more about my satisfaction and making me happy. So I know that this was a very very long review to read, but it’s worth it. Take what I’m saying to heart because you will not need to go to any other contractor for any of your needs. Use Rodolfo and his team and trust me, you will be very very happy. Unfortunately, I don’t have any before pictures just after pictures.
