Melvin was the first pro to respond and we set an estimate date for 2 days later. He was late but did send a msg. to let me know. He was available same day for the work (which was a one day project) and since his estimate was lower than most of the estimates we had had, we hired him. He (and his crew) did complete the repairs and replacement to our chain link fence in one day and did some minor repairs to our shed at no extra cost (much appreciated). The quality of their work was excellent! More of the posts were broken from the cement than we initially realized (8 total) so the price went up some, but they did it correctly, pouring new concrete and the total was still reasonable.
