FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• My base onsite rate is $150/hour, which reflects not only the quality of work but also the preparation, tools, and travel involved in delivering in-person service. • I do offer discounted rates for remote work and for projects expected to take longer durations, as those are typically more efficient and easier to schedule flexibly. • Please note: I’ll always do my best to provide value — but for smaller engagements, the platform gets it's share. Longer projects or direct work? Way more flexible — and fewer raccoons. Let’s talk about your project — I’m happy to find the most cost-effective way to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand what you need — no pressure, just clarity. From there, I’ll recommend the right approach, give you a realistic estimate, and get to work. I aim for clean results, minimal disruption, and lasting solutions. You’ll always know what I’m doing and why.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 30 years of hands-on experience working with a wide range of clients — from small businesses and home offices to enterprise environments. Over the years, I’ve earned a litany of certifications and stayed current with evolving technologies across networking, security, power systems, and remote infrastructure. It’s a career built on solving real-world problems — not theory.
