Ali was the service guy who came out to my home to find out why the upstairs zone wasn't cooling. He immediately determined that all the Freon was gone from the system, due to a leak that the previous service hadn't detected. The freon I had paid hundreds of dollars for had all dissipated in a week's time. I am currently pressuring the other service to honor their mistake, find and fix the leak, and replenish my freon. Therefore, I did not ultimately use AllTech for this job. However, I was impressed with Ali and will definitely use him in the future.
