My computer was cleaned, software installed, and is now working way faster than before! My only concern is that the pricing indicated on Thumbtack was quite different from what was charged.

Thumbtack only gives the starting prices. When the appointment was confirmed with us, the price was also confirmed. If there was an issue with pricing it could have been addressed before agreeing to the appointment.

Excellent technician! Gave me the old college effort to try to repair my GE dishwasher. Sadly my primary motor was fried. Cleaned and cleared the way for the new unit, answered all my questions to replace my unit. Very useful technician to walk me through what is available locally.

Normally don’t write reviews but it’s only right. I worked with a young man named Davantae and he saved my life !! I’m a photographer and my laptop went out right before finishing up Valentine Day photos. He went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth me trying to save the computer BUT was thankfully he was able to save the files which is all I really wanted. The files were extremely important and he wasted no time helping me. Very thankful for finding this company 10/10 recommend !!! Quick production speed and great communication thru the whole process. Thank you again will be coming back for sure.
