I reached out to T&W for help after my first junk removal company bailed same day. I reached out at noon on a Saturday and he accepted and was at my house by 2pm. I only took 1 star off because he did show up alone. He explained to me after he arrived that he left another job to help with my job and would need one of us to assist him with moving things. It was no issue for me BUT in the future I would recommend letting the person booking know before you arrive. If the person booking was disabled and wasn’t able to help it could have been a different situation. Besides that point he was so kind. He was easy to talk to and after 2 hours he had removed everything I asked of him and more. He took 2 full truck loads for the agreed upon budget. Even when I found random things I had forgot about he said no worries I will make it work. I could not recommend this company enough. He took 4 couches. Computer chairs. Book cases. Over 20 garbage bags full of stuff and so much more. He even took what was salvageable to goodwill to see if they could use it to give it to someone who needs it. Overall experience I couldn’t have been happier. I have added photos of some of the things we needed moved.

This person provided outstanding service! He responded to my request immediately and made arrangements to get the job done quickly. He did a great job removing all agreed upon items and cleaned the area before leaving. His price was fair and he was very professional, while communicating with me during the process.

Tee is the best! He responded quickly to my inquiry for removal of appliances and cabinet debris from a renovation. He gave a fair estimate and was available the same evening to pick it up. He and his partner were on time and loaded the truck quickly - refusing any help from us. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
