We contacted Matthew and his company, Elite Connect LLC to install our 75” flat screen TV on pre-existing tilt wall mount. It was just too large for my wife, and I to manage it. At the appointment time, Shawn and Paul arrived. They unboxed the TV, installed the TV mounts, tested the unit before mounting. Once TV was mounted, they were responsive to ensure the TV was centered, and optimized the tilt angle for best viewing position. They offered to take the shipment box away. I chose to retain it for possible future use. We are fully satisfied with the services provided with the installation of our TV. Shawn and Paul were on time, knowledgeable, and did a professional job. Highly reliable service at a reasonable cost. We would certainly hire again for other future jobs. Thank you, RE West
